git clone any URL. The SSH username (fleeky) is a shared service account — like GitHub's git@, you're identified by your key, not the name (enroll it with pgh ssh-key add). The ssh-access docs show a ~/.ssh/config alias so you can clone forge:atproto-did-peer.git. For P2P, run pgh clone atproto-did-peer — or install the git-remote-punch helper to git clone the punch:// URL directly.
