package: rename wirecore-pear → wirecore so pgh publish name matches pgh.upgrade (1.1.2)
pgh publish registers the release under package.json `name`, but the first
publish used "wirecore-pear" while pgh.bin/pgh.upgrade reference "wirecore" —
so `pgh app update wirecore` couldn't resolve the release. Align the package
name to "wirecore" (also matches the fleet pattern name==pgh.bin==claim and
the documented `pgh app install --name wirecore`).
