Fix web UI paths for Apache reverse proxy compatibility
Changed all fetch() and href paths from absolute (/stats, /all) to relative (stats, all) to work correctly when accessed through Apache proxy at /relay/ path. Fixed errors: - JSON.parse errors on 7rnx.net/relay/ - 404 Not Found for /stats and /all endpoints Now works correctly on both: - http://localhost:9000/ - https://7rnx.net/relay/ Tested and verified both endpoints return 612 messages.
