Update deployment documentation for cross-platform support
Changes: - CHANGELOG.md: Add v4270 entry documenting cross-platform support - REFACTOR_DEPLOYMENT.md: Remove pruning step from staging process - PACKAGING_STRATEGY.md: Update to reflect all platforms now included Key points: - All platforms supported: macOS, Windows, Linux (all architectures) - Staged size: ~300MB (all platforms) - Download per user: ~50MB (their platform only via selective download) - Removed platform pruning enables wider distribution Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
