Fix Apache ProxyTimeout placement (VirtualHost level)
Fixes syntax error: "ProxyTimeout not allowed in <Location> context" Moved ProxyTimeout and ProxyBadHeader from <Location> to <VirtualHost> level: - ProxyTimeout: 3600 seconds (1 hour) - ProxyBadHeader: Ignore Apache2 requires these directives at VirtualHost level to apply to all proxy connections within the VirtualHost, including WebSocket upgrades. Successfully applied on 7rnx.net - WebSocket connections now stable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
