0.1.127: pin bare-runtime exactly — two sibling installs were shipping two runtimes
pgh-sidecar/node_modules/pgh is a SYMLINK to ../../pgh, and `pgh publish` builds .pgh-lock.json by WALKING the physically installed node_modules (publish.js: "Walks node_modules/ of an app dir, computes a tree hash per top-level dep") -- it does not re-resolve ranges. So the walk followed that symlink into this repo and picked up whatever was on disk here. Both repos declared bare-runtime@^1.28.5 and were npm-installed at different times, so they drifted: pgh-sidecar/node_modules -> bare-runtime@1.28.7 pgh/node_modules -> bare-runtime@1.28.6 <- this repo Result: TWO ~90MB runtimes in one bootstrap tarball. Measured 90.0 MiB of the 786.1 MiB tree -- 53% of all reclaimable duplication across 47 duplicated packages, and the single biggest line item in the 510 MiB curl install. A caret range cannot fix this: ^1.28.5 in both repos is exactly what caused it. Two independent installs of the same range at different times drift. So the range is pinned EXACTLY, in both repos, with a matching overrides entry (npm rejects an override that contradicts a direct dep -- EOVERRIDE). Measured after `npm install` here: node_modules 542M -> 449M (93 MiB). The fresh install also dropped bare-runtime-linux-arm64, which npm had been materializing on an x64 host despite its own os/cpu gating. TRADEOFF, deliberate: an exact pin means an upgrade must repin BOTH repos. Repin only one and the duplicate silently returns. pgh-sidecar carries a drift guard (test/runtime-dedupe.test.js) that walks the resolved tree through the symlink and fails loudly if any bare-runtime package appears at two versions, so the half-upgrade is caught instead of costing 90 MiB again. The 90 MiB is only realised once .pgh-lock.json is regenerated by publish -- this commit makes the tree correct so that regeneration emits ONE runtime. test: 272/272 (823 asserts) under bare, unchanged across the 1.28.6 -> 1.28.7 bump.
