bump to 0.2.42 — autoupdate end-to-end test of the serverKey-first topic fix
Trivial version bump published to validate (b) re-enabled fleet autoupdate + (a) the topic ordering: stortron (now running 0.1.108) should auto-install this via the serverKey (publisher) topic with no shared-topic stall. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
