bump to 0.2.43 — ship the fast manifest-diff boot path (hyper-deploy 0.4.9)
Bundles hyper-deploy 0.4.9 + hyper-overlay 0.2.14: the DeployServer boot no
longer re-walks the entire ~33k-file / 41GB tree store — it reconstructs the
manifest from the persistent fileIndex + reconciles only the hash-dir delta.
First boot after this update full-scans once (populates linkname + stamps the
scan schema); subsequent boots fast-path.
