0.2.68: bundles pgh 0.1.161 (staged updates apply on every OTA)
pgh 0.1.161 gives atomic.js's flock spawns an explicit cwd. The sidecar's own installs go through the same swap, so it carries the fix too. Version bumped so autoupdate does not skip the new tree as a same-version republish. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
