bump to 0.2.41 — pick up pgh 0.1.108 (serverKey-first install topic ordering)
Republish so the bundled pgh (file:../pgh) carrying the topic-order fix reaches
the deployed sidecar tree — this is the copy autoupdate uses (import
'pgh/commands/app'), so it makes OTA installs resolve fresh releases instantly
on the publisher topic instead of stalling on the promiscuous shared topic.
