deps: bare-fs → ^4.7.2 (fleet dedup to a single bare-fs)
Eliminates the bare-fs version skew that forced separate (and pre-linkSync) copies through the pgh bundle. Verified: bare-fs 4.7.2 single + tests green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
