Refresh .pgh-lock.json with new-shape publish output
First publish under the new pgh (device-wide store, per-runtime materializers, root tree without node_modules baked in). rootTreeHash is now computed on app source only (a157059d6903) — old 24542a19… hash from the pre-refactor publish is obsolete.
