Fix: remove last force-update refspec in server-sync.js
server-sync.js still had +refs/*:refs/* which allowed stale federation
peers to revert fresh release refs on the origin. This was the remaining
source of tabertron's release branch reverting from v5 to v4.
All federation fetch refspecs are now fast-forward only (refs/*:refs/*).
