README: the log path did not exist, and the skill link is not repo-relative

Two claims failed verification:

- "Logs at ~/.local/share/store/apps/pear-git-v3/app.log". That file does
  not exist. The only app.log under any pear-git-v3* app directory
  belongs to pear-git-v3-dev; the production daemon (pid 2905, running
  from apps/pear-git-v3/server.js) writes none. Replaced with what
  actually answers "what is the daemon doing": pgh status, pgh deploy
  log, and ~/.pgh/sidecar.log.
- `.claude/skills/pear-git-v3/SKILL.md` reads as repo-relative and is
  not in this repo -- it lives in the hypercore-kb workspace. Said so.

Also noted the --storage / PEAR_GIT_STORAGE override and the svc.sock
path, and added a License section.

Verified correct and left alone: storage defaults to ~/pgv3-storage
(server.js:82), `pgh app install <bare-name>` is a real form (NameRegistry
resolution), and all seven doc links resolve.
