0.1.219 — identity fastForwardTo + createUser fails loudly
Ships cc7d635 (hyper-identity) and abdbb5a: a joining mirror is told the
origin's `_system` core key so it adopts the origin's system state instead of
minting its own before it knows the indexer set, and createUser throws
EWRITE_NOT_PERSISTED rather than fabricating a user for a write that did not
land.
Both additive. fastForwardTo is null on an origin and on any bundle predating
the field.
