Fix VT IN-111 Line 4 dropdown value
Line 4 was showing "1" (dropdown index) or "0" (empty) instead of "6500" (the actual standard deduction amount). Fixed by setting dropdown value to "6500" which is the option text, not the index. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
