There is an actual need to get the uninterpreted Value at a Key. There is also a very valid reason to interpret Values found at Keys. So we need both; and now that the reasons (the usage style, the flow) have become clear, document ValueOf clearly, and add the LiteralValueOf Merge branch 'literal'
