"vendored": "node_modules is COMMITTED because hyper-svc and its dep bare-abstract-socket are not published to npm. Do NOT run `npm install` — the app ships its full runtime closure (linux-x64 prebuilds only). The engine under src/worker + src/shared is vendored verbatim from Oliver Kohl's Mirall (github.com/ok/mirall-app); re-vendor those two dirs to track upstream."
