data/ held 5.6 GB of derived state, most already ignored, but the append-only hook logs and generated codemaps were not covered and kept showing up as untracked noise. data/*.jsonl briefing-shadow, rule-fires, rule-candidates -- NDJSON event logs appended on every session/turn data/*.tsv scorecard.tsv, derived by the pipeline data/codemap-*.md auto-generated per-project codemaps, see codemap-inject.js (six projects mapped) Verified with check-ignore: all five now ignored, data/.gitkeep deliberately still tracked so the directory survives a clone, and the four pre-existing tracked data/*.json files are unaffected -- .gitignore does not apply to already-tracked paths.
