Add explicit dependencies for pear-git deploy pipeline
Deploy checkout runs npm install which needs dependencies declared. Previously empty, causing MODULE_NOT_FOUND on deployed pear:// version. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
