swarmd/.gitignore names its build outputs one by one, and test_send_truth was not among them — so the binary went into the tree while swarmd, swarmd-probe, test_control and test_uds_backpressure all stay out of it. Untracked, listed, and left on disk. (The peer's test/ binaries ARE tracked, deliberately. swarmd is the other way round, and mixing the two conventions inside one directory is how a stale committed binary happens.)
