pgh: bootstrap:true — bundle the bare runtime into the app tree
Without a bundled runtime the launcher does `exec bare` (system PATH). Machines without a system bare (e.g. ashatron) then fail with 'bare: not found'. Bundling runtime/bare (like pgh-sidecar) makes the app self-contained. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
