node_modules, log files, and OS cruft were never meant to be tracked. Origin master already removed prior node_modules tracking via the recent force-push cleanup; this prevents accidental re-add on future npm install runs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
