hyperident commits / 920bd3e

deps: bare-fs ^2.3.2 → ^4.7.2 (dedup with the fleet; 4.x adds linkSync)
hyperident was the only pgh file: dep genuinely pinned to bare-fs 2.x, forcing a separate 2.3.5 copy throughout the bundle (no blob dedup with the fleet's 4.7.2, and the missing linkSync that the materialize copy-fallback had to absorb). hyperident uses only core fs methods (existsSync/rmSync/readFile/writeFile/ mkdir/rename/unlink/access/chmod), all present + stable in 4.x. Validated under bare on bare-fs 4.7.2: crypto 10/10, file-ops 11/11, identity-manager 41/41, index — all green. (socks-server needs network peers; unrelated.)
