deps: declare bare-process (imports-map target; 0.2.3)
The imports map bridges `process` → bare-process under bare, but bare-process was never a declared dependency — the old keet-cli node_modules rsync masked it transitively. The migration to `npm install --production` (0.2.2) correctly installs only declared deps, so a pgh install threw at startup: MODULE_NOT_FOUND: Cannot find module 'process' (index.js:10) on EVERY invocation (the top-level `import process from 'process'`). Caught by a bare test-install — bare-run is the real net (BARE-RUNTIME-POLICY.md). Declare bare-process ^4.2.2 (the version the rsync provided). Verified: `bare index.js --help` runs clean from a fresh `npm install --production` tree. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
