hyperident: bump keet-identity-key 3.1.0 -> 3.2.0
3.2.0 targets compact-encoding@^3 (vs 3.1.0's ^2). npm nests c-e@3 under keet-identity-key while the hyperswarm/hypercore stack keeps top-level c-e@2 (both required ranges satisfied, no conflict). Safe: keet-identity-key 3.1.0 and 3.2.0 source is byte-identical (only the compact-encoding dependency range differs), and c-e@3 encodes the proof schema to byte-identical output as c-e@2 (verified by decoding the real ~/.hyperident device.proof/bootstrap.proof with c-e@3 and re-encoding: 139B -> 139B, byte-identical). So 3.2.0-written proofs remain readable by 3.1.0 consumers (hyper-wallet, keet-cli, pear-git, trust-map) and vice versa — no vault rewrite, no migration. Tests: crypto 10/10, identity-manager 41/41 (115 asserts), file-ops 11/11 all pass under 3.2.0.
