Add Pear app configuration to package.json

Enables deployment as a Pear terminal application:
- Added pear field with staging configuration
- Added bare-os dependency (was missing)
- Added pear-interface dev dependency for IDE support
- Configured stage.ignore for cleaner deployments

Deployment workflow:
  pear stage <channel>   # Stage the app
  pear release <channel> # Mark a release
  pear seed <channel>    # Seed to network
  pear run <link>        # Run on remote machines
