Pear apps need dependencies bundled for remote execution. The previous configuration ignored node_modules, causing MODULE_NOT_FOUND errors when running from pear:// links on remote machines. Changes: - Removed node_modules from pear.stage.ignore - Dependencies now properly bundled during staging (282/1567 blocks) - Version 610 includes all runtime dependencies This fixes the MODULE_NOT_FOUND error for bare-fs/promises and other deps.
