skills/ifsrenderer-linux: a push does not show up on 7rnx.net by itself
rnx.net/git is load-balanced with stortron active; CI builds on whichever daemon you pushed to. The newest release can land on the mirror COMPLETE and still render "— no files" with the channel pin left on the previous build, so the public page advertises an old AppImage as current. Cost most of a session to find, twice over — once because I checked 127.0.0.1:5005 and generalised from it, which proves nothing about what a user sees. Records the repair one-liner and, more importantly, that the public URL is the only vantage point worth checking. Cause is pear-git-v3 #18. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Cause and repair are in `reference_pear-git-deploy-topology` and **pear-git-v3
#18**; the one-liner, run on the ORIGIN, is:

```bash
pgh peer call http://127.0.0.1:5005/git promote-release \
--json '{"repo":"ifsrenderer-linux","version":"linux-port-<sha>","toChannel":"experimental"}'
**Always verify through the public URL, not localhost.** Checking
`127.0.0.1:5005` proves nothing about what a user sees — the two daemons gave
different answers for half an hour, and only the proxy's answer counts:
```bash
curl -s https://7rnx.net/git/repos/ifsrenderer-linux/releases | grep -o 'linux-port-[a-f0-9]\{7\}' | head -1
