deps: declare blind-pairing + hyperswarm for the enroll/transport scaffolds
enroll.js required blind-pairing and the transport layer is built around an injected hyperswarm — both undeclared, so a fresh install left the P1 networking scaffolds unloadable. Declared blind-pairing ^2.3.1 + hyperswarm ^4.17.0 (neither pulls hypercore/corestore, so no version skew; suite stays 20/20). Imports now resolve and the modules load; the networked own/join path + the commented-out membership gate remain P1 (unwired, out of scope here).
