Fix identity derivation in set-password endpoint.
The endpoint was trying to call loadIdentity() after encrypting the mnemonics, which would try to decrypt the file we just encrypted. Instead, derive the identity directly from the plaintext mnemonic we already have in memory using IdentityKey.from({ mnemonic }).
