gitmodules: the submodule URL did not resolve
url was https://7rnx.net/git/fleeky/hyper-wallet-lib.git, which returns 000.
The forge serves it at https://7rnx.net/git/hyper-wallet-lib.git (200) --
no fleeky/ path segment. Verified by cloning the fixed URL.
An initialised checkout never noticed, but a fresh clone could not run
git submodule update --init, and pear.stage includes lib/** so a stage from
a clean clone would have shipped an empty lib.
