Fix scrollbar appearing on password/login dialog.
Move overflow handling from dialog to modal-body using flexbox layout. - Dialog: overflow hidden with flex column layout - Modal header: flex-shrink 0 to stay fixed - Modal body: overflow-y auto with flex 1 to scroll content This prevents the dialog from showing a scrollbar while allowing the body content to scroll if needed.
