0.3.109: pick up atproto-room's list-blobs responder on the MEMBRANE surface
0.3.108 added list-blobs to serve-device.js only. The bridge talks to atproto-room's serve-membrane, which keeps its own responder list — so getBlob worked and listBlobs returned UNKNOWN_METHOD while the deployed tree provably contained a handler.
