0.3.101: register on the MULTI-DID path — the one the fleet actually runs
0.3.100 added sidecar registration to the single-DID branch. index.js has TWO boot paths and the fleet runs the other one (bootMultiDevice), so registration never executed: `pgh app status` still reported registered:false and the OTA push still had nowhere to go. Right fix, wrong branch — the same shape as deploying to the bridge that does not serve the public URL. Verified by the flag this time rather than by reading the diff.
