0.3.107: OTA respawn end-to-end test — version bump only, no code change
Proves 0.3.106's explicit threading: both peers are running 0.3.106 with unchanged pids, so if they respawn onto this without a human touching them, the loop that needed a manual restart per release is closed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
