0.2.7: version the removal of the temporary [ov2-diag] instrumentation
The diag console.logs added to overlay-v2.js + protocol-v2.js during #66/Phase-2
debugging were uncommitted but got bundled into deployed apps. Reverting them is
a content change, so bump the version — consumers (pgh, pgh-sidecar, pear-git-v3)
converge on clean 0.2.7 on their next publish; the deployed diag-0.2.6 is then a
benign version-split, not a code-differs conflict.
