0.2.4: release writer-admission auth rewrite
Version bump for the multiwriter writer-admission change (8b360b0 + c9508d7):
admission now rides the authenticated blind-pairing handshake with a stable
per-instance keypair; the unauthenticated HTTP callback-token path is removed
(add-writer is admin-only).
