deps: declare hyperblobs + mutexify (direct imports, were transitive-only)
media-store.js imports hyperblobs and multiwriter/manager.js imports
mutexify/promise.js, but neither was a declared dependency — they resolved
only transitively (hyperblobs←hyperdrive, mutexify←hyperbee). The media
subsystem (content-addressed blob store for the 2.9G dataset) rode on an
undeclared dep; any dedup/bundling change upstream would break the import.
Declare both at installed versions (hyperblobs ^2.9.0, mutexify ^1.4.0).
bare-fetch is intentionally NOT added: manager.js uses the global `fetch`
provided by the already-declared bare-node-runtime/global, not a direct import.
