1.1.2 — record the version bump that was already shipping

The bump was made but never committed, so every consumer vendoring this from the working tree
(favela-web, pear-git-v3, hypernote) has been shipping 1.1.2 while git said 1.1.1. Recording it
so the tree and the published closures agree. No code change.
