overlay 0.3.0: rename OverlayProtocolV2 -> OverlayProtocol (canonical)
hyper-overlay 0.3.0 canonical name is OverlayProtocol at subpath /protocol; the /protocol-v2 + V2-name aliases are transitional. Drop the V2 suffix here (import + construction). API is byte-identical (same class); ctor args unchanged. All other subpaths hyper-deploy uses (/file-index +getIndexMeta, /transfer, /chunker, /tree) are unchanged and kept in 0.3.0.
