resolvePghBin() read process.env.PGH_STORE_ROOT, but bare has no global `process` (BARE-RUNTIME-POLICY.md) — it would throw ReferenceError under bare if the ~/.local/bin/pgh launcher check fell through. Latent because that path is dead on machines where the launcher exists (carried over from the hyper-tps reference). Import process via the imports-map bridge (process → bare-process, already a declared dep) so process.env resolves under bare. Verified under bare: process.env reads cleanly.
