People view: use size buckets instead of exact member identity
Clustering by exact member overlap fragments into too many groups when there are few unique users. Size buckets (tiny/small/medium/large by member count) give meaningful grouping regardless of user count. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
