README: Install and License, and two glyphs that were doing no work
Same holepunch comparison as the sibling repos. Added the publish-then-install ceremony and a License section stating that none is declared. Dropped the ⛔ and ⚠ from the socket warning and the vendored-static rule. Both sentences are already bold and already state the consequence; the glyph was adding nothing a reader could act on. The one remaining ⛔ marks the no-storage boundary, which is enforced by a test and is the one thing here that must not be relaxed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
