0.1.0 — render() and the shared dialect
A version bump because the tree changed: 0.0.0 was published inside favela-peer before render.js, dialect.js and the Bare conversion existed, so two apps carried different code under one version. pgh caught it as BUILD_SKEW on the next publish, which is exactly what that check is for.
