0.1.2: carry favela-web 0.3.85 to the handset
No source change here — the release name is <branch>-<shortsha>, so a rebuild on an unchanged HEAD is refused and the phone cannot receive favela-web work, which is vendored from the live checkout at pack time. Carries: 0.3.84 subscription lists converge across every device of an identity — union, deterministic rkeys, one-time contribution per node. 0.3.85 coHosted means hpp holds the DID, not "we have some records" — so a stale partial copy rebuilds from the firehose instead of tailing from the end for ever. This is the fix for ashatron rendering a two-week-old profile and the previous avatar as current. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
