0.1.1: carry favela-web 0.3.83 to the handset
No source change here. The version exists so CI produces a release at all: the release name is <branch>-<shortsha>, so a rebuild on an unchanged HEAD is refused and the phone cannot receive favela-web work — which is vendored from the live checkout at pack time, not resolved from a registry. What this carries: 0.3.81 viewport-fit=cover, so the bottom bar seats at the bottom instead of floating above the gesture strip with content sliding underneath, and the pairing control that replaced the overlay eating the Home tap. 0.3.82 following and viewing SUBSCRIBE now rather than at the next boot — the fix for an identity rendering as a plausible two-week-old profile instead of as one nobody is tailing. 0.3.83 the roster resolves from an app.bsky.graph.list in the identity's own repo, so every device hosting a DID converges on the same subscriptions instead of one node pinning a list in apps.json and another deriving one.
