docs: relative cross-links (forge renderer now resolves ../<repo>)
Revert the absolute-URL workaround now that pear-git-v3 0.1.138 resolves a repo-root README's ../<repo> to the sibling /repos/<repo>. Relative links are portable across forge, clone, and GitHub. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
