atproto-pds 0.9.25: republish to fix stale closure missing hyper-svc
The deployed build on stortron crash-looped SIGABRT on boot with MODULE_NOT_FOUND: 'hyper-svc' imported from pds/lib/control.js — its closure lacked the hyper-svc sibling (control.js has imported it since ~0.9.11 for the UDS control plane). Source + ci.yaml are correct (hyper-svc declared file:../ + vendored via cp -rL), so a fresh republish rebuilds the closure with hyper-svc. No code change — forces a clean CI build to redeploy to the crash-looping bridge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
