0.9.30: pick up atproto-did-peer 0.2.5 — heal getRecord
0.2.3/0.2.4 left getRecord/listRecords/collections returning null/[] whenever a front had no repo core, which silently broke com.atproto.repo.getRecord for a STATELESS peer. Live symptom: RecordNotFound for wj62's profile record while getRepo served it correctly at the same instant. 0.2.5 derives those reads from the verified CAR (cached per head rev), and makes the repo-core drop reversible so a peer that resumes projecting is taken back instead of staying repo-less for the process lifetime. pds suite 43/43, 174/174 against 0.2.5.
